The logo encapsulates a powerful message of unity and progress for all of District 7, including Phoenix, Laveen, South Phoenix, and Maryvale. Central to its design, is where you’ll find the Phoenix bird which embodies the ideals of renewal, resilience, and growth. Its wings extend to form embracing hands around the city of Phoenix, representing the collective efforts of District 7, its willingness to work together, and how only a communal effort can uplift the city. Beyond symbolism, the logo integrates my surname, Bridgeman, evoking the imagery of a bridge, which only allows for backward or forward movement. This emphasizes my commitment to bridging the gap between members of District 7 and propelling us toward a brighter future, one rooted in purpose and community.
